UJToys.com provides carrier services with USPS (United States Postal Services) and FedEx within the United States and selected countries. Orders are processed same day, Monday thru Friday & Saturday. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.

How long does it take to process an order? It may take upto 72hrs to process orders before shipment. Once the order is shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method paid for and your local USPS or FedEx guidelines for delivery.
How do I get my USPS or FedEx tracking number? The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you timely when your order is shipped. Alternatively, you can check your order status by going to the link provided in your order confirmation email.
My tracking number is not working? What do I do? Usually it takes 1-2 business days for USPS to update their tracking system. If the tracking number is still not working after 5 business days, contact us either via email or phone. We will help you track your shipment or advice on beginning the lost package process with USPS if necessary.

What do I do if an item is missing from my order? Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact UJToys.com customer service via email at customercare@ujtoys.com or fax to (888) 536-2691. UJToys.com only accepts missing item(s) request within 3 days after the package is delivered.
What do I do if an item is received damaged? If the item appears to have obvious shipping damage, immediately tell the USPS/Fed Ex driver that you do not want to receive this package. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1800-275-8777) or FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx to report the damage or go to http://www.usps.com/ or http://www.fedex.com/ to submit a damaged shipment claim. Obtain a control number from USPS/FedEx and email UJToys.com customer service at customercare@ujtoys.com, we will file a damage claim on our side and keep track of the claim for you. Allow around 5-7 business days for the claim to be settled. Exchange or refund will be processed for you after the claim is settled.
Does UJToys.com ship internationally? For most items we ship internationally. If your country is listed on our website for online purchase, you can simply order it through the website directly. If your country is not listed for online purchase, please email us at customercare@ujtoys.com to place the order manually.
