RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE RETAIL ORDER
All products (exept Walkera Heliocpters) uphold a 7 day manufactured defective guarantee for exchange ONLY; beginning the day customer received shipment from UJToys.com. Please submit Manufactured Defective Returns request to: Returns@ujtoys.com.
All Walkera Helicopters have been thoroughly inspected and sealed for quality control purposes. There are no exchanges or returns on any Walkera products.
*By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following returns policies. UJtoys.com reserves the right to changes or additions to this policy without further notifications.
MANUFACTURE RETURNS MUST MEET ALL APPLICABLE CRITERIA
Request(s) for manufacturer return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s). We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.
Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt.
Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging. Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we will process and ship out any replacement. All merchandise should be returned to us by shipping carriers with safe method which provides proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. so you can check with your local shipping carrier.) We will not responsible for the lost of returned merchandise in shipping.
All RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return/exchange.
2. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
3. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
4. The return must be complete and include all accessories (adapter, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
5. All Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
MANUFACTURED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
* Defective products returns include items that are inoperable, AND have no apparent wear and tear. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in NEW and UNUSED condition. Once items are modified (such as adding new parts/radios/fuels in the model), we will not be able to accept it back.
1. Customer must report the defective product within 7 days from the date merchandise was received.
2. Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the sole discretion of UJToys.com.
3. Defective Products must be in new Condition, not used and absolutely no Physical damaged to the product.
4. Once we received your damaged product and are verified to meet the basic criteria above, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability. Please allow 5-7 business (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process your returns request.
5. UJtoys.com in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
* Damaged products returns include items that have been damaged during delivery. If a shipment arrives with apparent shipping damage, please REFUSE the delivery, if it was dropped off without your knowledge and you see signs of damage, don't open the package call the shipper and have them pickup the package and return to sender.

5. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

7. * Returns shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
MISSING / RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS IN ORDER:
Please contact the Customer Service Department immediately at Returns@UJtoys.com upon receiving the order.
FIX OPTION PRODUCTS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
* UJToys.com provides services for repairing helicopters to all customers. Under the flat rate service fee, this covers new parts and any necessary repairs as needed. This also includes free return shipping. All Customers are responsible for shipping to our facility. Water damage products not applicable.

*** Please inspect the product when you received the shipment, identified any issue and report to us BEFORE you try to fly / use it. Please also check over the product (especially the helicopters and air planes) and make sure they are all good every time before use (or taking to the air).
Please understand that RC helicopters and airplanes can crash if mistake made or you do not know how to fly, any kind of crash or hard landing may caused damage(s) to the helicopter or plane. We have no control over your flying skill, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to fly in. if you have any problem with the aircraft or other product(s) you ordered from us, please report it at the time when you received the shipment (not after use please).
*** These terms applied to all sales made from our website, email, or fax. If you do not agree our terms, please do not make the order.
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Return Department and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, any credit/return request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Warehouse that may be incurred by UJtoys.com. By requesting a return, you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make any exceptions.
*Please note that once passed the 7 days satisfaction guarantee period, UJtoys.com has the right to not accept any returns/exchanges/report(s) of missing part(s) and the customer is responsible for the return shipping of all items no matter what the reason.
We reserves the right to return merchandise to its customer and not refund money, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.
UJTOYS.com only accepts manufactured defective items purchased online. Any other returns will not be accepted. Please refer to place of purchase.
