UJ TRADING SALES POLICY

•  Orders are shipped within 48 hours of placement.
•  All orders are shipped by Fedex Ground Service unless specified otherwise (additional fees may apply).
•  With credit card payments, a credit card authorization form is required.
  (Simply fill out the form, sign and fax back to us.)
•  Credit card transaction fees apply:
  Visa & MasterCard: 2.5% transaction fee.
  American Express: 3.5% transaction fee.
•  Orders paid by check will ship only after check is fully processed and cleared.
•  Please speak with a sales representative regarding volume discounts.

UJ TRADING RETURN POLICY

• Note: UJ Trading is a wholesale company. The following return policy applies only to our direct wholesale customers.
  This return policy does NOT apply to third party retail customers. Retail customers must contact their direct retail vendor who sold the merchandise. UJ Trading is not responsible for the business practices of its retail customers (this includes cart and kiosk operators and other mall-based vendors). Complaints regarding a mall-based vendor must be resolved directly with that vendor.

• We only provide warranty for indoor 2 channel Mini Helicopters. The customer should return only the manufactured defective indoor 2 channel Helicopters. (Without the box and remote). Upon receipt we will check them according to manufacturer’s guide lines, and if the product is manufactured defective, it will be replaced. There are no Warranty’s on any other products sold by our Company. No Exceptions. Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturer’s warranty only. UJ is not responsible for Shipping Company’s delaying packages if weather is involved.
• We agree—at our discretion—to repair, replace or refuse any defective, merchandise during the 30 Day warranty period.
• Customer is responsible for all returns and exchange shipments.
• A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if approved.
• A company credit will be applied to your account. (Sorry, no cash refunds).
• The returned item must include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate “return shipping address”.If not you are subject to not receiving credit or placement for returned items.

• Damaged Merchandise:
  If package arrives damaged, client will first attempt to contact shipping company.
  After client provides at least two photographs of the damaged container and/or merchandise, UJ Trading will make every effort to assist. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing claims.
• Returns sent COD will not be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid. Shipping is at the customer’s expense. (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shipping will be charged to your credit card before shipping on COD’s. If customer refuses shipment, the Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from. Other charges may apply. There is only a Manufacturer’s warranty; there is no warranty on glass or frame.
• All return policies/procedures contained herein are non-negotiable.
