bought it as is,put battery on charge , and charger caught fire! checked the battery ,to find that it had a direct short causing charger problems! bought new charger and battery ,to find out that the main lift motor is bad and no parts are available! do not buy anything refurbished from this company as it comes as is!!!!!!
